Include your app version, iPhone or Android model, the issue, and your Support ID from Privacy & safety. Never send passwords, API keys or private invitation links.

Invite someone

Open a board, tap the people icon, then Send a quick invite. The recipient asks to join and you approve them in Activity (the bell). Only that selected board is shared. Invitations expire after seven days. Older shared-space links include the space’s memories.

Notifications and widgets

In Activity, enable A little heads-up and allow notifications in your phone settings. Keep the app installed and connected. Updates are grouped to avoid alerts on every stroke, and people already viewing the page see changes live. Add Karov through your phone’s Home Screen widget picker. The widget shows the selected board; its refresh timing is controlled by iOS or Android. Tap a drawing to edit in the app; checklist rows can be checked on the widget.

Report content or block someone

Open the people icon or board picker, then Privacy & safety. Report this board sends the current page and your explanation to Karov support without showing your name to other participants. A generated Masterpiece also has Report this AI image. Block a person to stop sharing boards with that account and its connected devices. You can leave boards owned by someone else or delete your own board for everyone. Email support for urgent reports, including the report ID if available. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Delete your Karov data

In the app: After signing in: board picker → Your account · Sign in & restore → Delete my account → confirm. Guests can use Privacy & safety → Delete my Karov data. An internet connection is required to remove data from the server. This deletes your email account, all linked device identities and owned boards, including their memories and AI images, for everyone. It clears local board data, image caches and widget content. It also removes your email address, name, push token, memberships, invitations, notifications and reports. Contributions to someone else’s boards and exported copies may remain. A new empty device identity is created if you continue using Karov.

Without the app: email tor.digitali@gmail.com with the subject Karov data deletion request. Include your Support ID if you have it, your display name and enough non-sensitive information to identify the affected data. We will explain how to verify ownership before deleting anything. The Support ID alone does not grant access and cannot authorize deletion. If the app is still installed, the in-app deletion flow is the fastest way to prove ownership. Do not send your private invitation key or other secrets.

Content reports and one-way anti-reactivation records expire within 90 days. Provider backups and security logs follow provider retention schedules. Read the Privacy policy for details.
