Account and data deletion for Karov: Shared Moments, operated by Tal Shukrun (Tor Digital).
Delete in the app
Open the board picker → Your account · Sign in & restore → Delete my account → confirm. An internet connection is required. If you are a guest, open Privacy & safety → Delete my Karov data.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the email address connected to your Karov account. If you used Karov as a guest, include your Support ID if available and your display name. We will verify ownership before deleting anything; a Support ID alone does not authorize deletion.

Never send a sign-in code, password, API key or private invitation link.
What is deleted?
Your email account, connected device identities, owned boards and their memories and AI images, memberships, invitations, notifications, display name, push tokens and reports are removed from the active service. Boards you own are deleted for everyone. In-app deletion also clears the local data and widget on the requesting phone.
What may remain?
Your contributions to boards owned by other people, copies exported by participants and offline copies on other devices may remain. Contact support if you need help removing specific shared content. One-way records that prevent deleted credentials from being reactivated are retained for up to 90 days. Limited provider backups, security logs and legally required data follow the retention rules explained in our Privacy policy.
Account deletion is permanent. Export any memories you want to keep before confirming.
